Most of our engagements are with $1M–$50M businesses that have outgrown bookkeeping but are not ready for a full-time finance executive. If your numbers fall outside that range, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit on a discovery call.

Ongoing fractional CFO engagements often start around $3,500/month after discovery. Fractional CAIO engagements often start around $5,500/month, with fixed-fee discovery sprints typically in the $7,500–$15,000 range. Final scope is set after a 30-minute discovery call.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard engagements include a 30-day, no-questions cancellation policy. The relationship has to earn its place every month.

Do you replace our existing accounting team or work alongside them?

Accepted Answer

Either, depending on what you need. We coordinate with whoever is keeping your books — internal team, outside firm, or both — and bring CFO, CAIO, and systems-grade leverage on top. Where you need to rebuild the team, we can scope that too.
